Last year we renovated this property in Helston, taking off the old guttering and wood fascias, soffits. We then installed replacement Eurocell golden oak fascias and soffits, installed with over fascias vents and felt trays. the customers chose black half round guttering and down pipes. the concrete verge was replaced with black dry verge caps and ridge caps. Another very happy customer who has also left us a 5* google review.
