New rosewood fascias, soffits and brown half round guttering in Hayle

Our installers finished this property in Hayle, not only did they install rosewood fascias, soffits and brown guttering with white down pipes, they also painted the house with white leyland pliolite paint.

We remove the old guttering and wood fascias and soffits, then installing fascia and soffit pick up battens, also installing felt trays and over fascia vents. then installed Eurocell 18mm rosewood fascias. 9mm rosewood soffits and brown half round guttering installed with stainless steel screws.

Our customers also asked us to paint the house, so we pressure washed the walls and then made good to any lose paint and render, we painted the whole house twice with leyalnd pliolite.

Our customer was very happy with the new roofline and painted house.
