Past Fascia, soffits and guttering jobs completed all over Cornwall

Covid 19 lockdown.

We thought that because its been a while since we have been able to get out onto site we would share some old fascia work we have done through out Cornwall.

This was a full replacement fascia, soffits and guttering installed in Helston. We removed the old wood fascias, soffits and guttering and installed new white euroboard from Eurocell. This fascia is 18mm thick and comes with a manufactures warranty of 20 years along with the soffit board.

We installed 7 x 1 tantalised wood for fascia and soffit pick up this is screwd to the truss ends and string lined through to keep them straight. We install the new white soffit and replacement fascias. We also install over fascia vents with felt trays as standard to bring the roof inline with building regs. Next we install white square guttering with down pipes this also come with a manufactures warranty of ten years.

The customers are very happy and we have managed to get more work in the area.
