White fascias, soffits and guttering in Carbis Bay, St Ives

Another project completed on a site in Carbis Bay, St Ives. Our installers and have finished installing new white fascias with hollow soffits and white square guttering and down pipes. Our clients wanted the wood to be capped as we was both satisfied that the wood was in great condition. We installed pick up battens for the hollow soffits to be installed. We also pre drilled all the fascias so they could take a 50mm fascia nails. Once the fascias were in place we removed two rows of tiles and installed plastic felt trays to pick up the old felt and seal the tile edge into the guttering. This is a must on any capping installation. Then all the square white guttering and down pipes are installed with stainless steel screws. All fascias and soffits are sealed against the walls and tiles with white silicone to keep the wood and soffit space water tight. The 12 flat owners are very happy and we have another 8 flats to do as a result of the quality work. A massive well done to the team.
