White replacement Eurocell fascias, soffits and guttering in Helston.

Our installers have recently finished installing eurocell replacement fascias in white with white flat soffit board. Also installed over fascia vents and flat trays.

The old wooden fascias were removed as they had been on the property for 20 years and had done the test of time and we would not recommend capping them in this instance. Once the wooden fascias were removed we installed 6 x 1 tantalised wood for the fascia and soffit pick ups. The felt had new trays installed and the fascia had 20mm over fascia vents installed. This was essential on this house because its a timber frame home and needs the ventilation into the roof space to allow the building to breath.

we have also installed white half round guttering and down pipes this was all installed using stainless steel screws.
